1. Gatherings or parties of any kind are not allowed in the room. The Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

  3. In the event of a no-show, the credit card provided at the time of booking or as per the revised booking conditions based on the offer will be charged the full amount of the room reservation (including any applicable government taxes in force). ).

  10. All property and valuables in the Property must be properly maintained and must not be damaged or destroyed. The Property has the discretion to impose any charges in the future if it is proven beyond a doubt that such damage/destruction of the Property’s assets (both movable and immovable) has been carried out or caused by the Guest.
  11. If you have any allergy, sensitivity or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is the guest’s responsibility to notify the Property management prior to arrival.
  12. You can store your valuables in a safe in your room or the property can store them upon request. The Property is entitled to charge a fee for the storage of these items.
  13. If the objects you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the Property before storing them. The Property may refuse to store these types of valuables.
  14. Management and staff work hard to provide a safe environment. We do our best to maintain a safe environment and ask our guests to do the same. The Property is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or misplaced while on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
  15. Items lost on the premises are recorded and kept in a secure location. The objects are then disposed of or donated to charity. The property is not responsible for contacting people regarding lost items. Perishable items recovered from rooms after departure are only kept until the close of business for that day.
  16. Claimed items can be collected from the property with valid identification or alternatively the property can arrange delivery on behalf of the guest at their expense.

We make every effort to ensure that booking arrangements are satisfactory; However, the Property accepts no liability for any financial or other loss, travel delays, injuries, damages, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil unrest, vehicle defects, strikes, robberies, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, wars, fires, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or any other other authority, changes in government regulations, accidents or failures of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

GENERAL DISPOSITION

  1. By proceeding with the booking, you agree and acknowledge that, if the booking is accepted by the Property, your subsequent stay will be subject to the Property’s Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of your booking/stay at the Property.
  2. You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions appearing on the website shall constitute the binding agreement between you and in relation to any and all commercial agreements, including the reservation, stay, payment, use of the facilities, etc., of any nature.

  4. The Guest voluntarily accepts and allows the representatives of the Property to create a profile of the Guest from the public domain in order to know the Guest’s details and provide them with appropriate hospitality services during their stay at the Property.
